Joan Willey has lived in Woodson Terrace since 1982. She has been a member of the Board of Aldermen since 2007 and Chairs the Park Board.  Joan also serves on the Public Works Committee, the Special Projects Committee, and Budget, Wage & Job Study Committee.

She is employed by Our Lady of the Presentation parish in Overland as Administrative Assistant.

Joan and her husband Keith have three children.
