Planning & Zoning

The Planning & Zoning Board reviews special use permits, zoning changes, new construction and controversial construction. The board meets on the first Monday on an as needed basis at 7:00 p.m. The board includes Marie Swaim (Chair), Jackie Brown, Doug Zaiz, Alderman Kevin Crane, and Mayor Besmer (non voting).
