Joan Willey
Ward III Alderwoman

Joan Willey has lived in Woodson Terrace since 1982. She has been a member of the Board of Aldermen since 2007, and also serves on the Special Projects, Public Works, Budget, Wage & Job Study Committees, and Chairs the Park Board.

She is employed by Our Lady of the Presentation parish in Overland as Administrative Assistant.

Joan and her husband Keith have three children.
